Welcome to ilán jewelry! We’re thrilled to be part of your jewelry journey and are committed to making sure your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable. Please review our shipping policies below.

 

1. Processing Time

• Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after purchase confirmation.

• Custom or personalized orders ( like arm cuffs) may take additional time to process, depending on the details of the product. We will communicate any extended processing times.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Estimated maxium delivery is 2-3 business weeks.

• International Shipping: We currently only offer shipping to U.S. and U.S. territories. Including: American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Other than that, we do not offer worldwide shipping. Although, you can contact us to see what our team can do. 

 

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be sent so you can follow your package’s journey to you.

 

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at ilan.jewelry.contact@gmail.com , we’ll work with the carrier to locate your package.

• Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to customs or other factors outside our control.

 

5. Address Changes & Order Modifications

• If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes as orders may have already been processed. 

 

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for additional information.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges
